Version of pymc #2

Thank you for the excellent package. Can you mention what version of pymc were you using? I couldn't find the NoncentralT on any of the pymc installation or codebases I searched. Thank you

Most recently I was running with PyMC 2.3.6 on Python 3.6 from the Anaconda distribution.
