Packaging and deploying a build #28

See the readme for instructions on how to make a new build and setup access.

The builds needs to be run for each platform separately (macos/ubuntu) and architecture (arm/x86 and so forth). Let me know how it works. I'll open another pull request on CLI for how to install and deploy the cli script.
