OS: Linux, & presumably OSX

Describe the bug

There's really no reason why Windows specifically should use embedded packages, whilst *nix should not.

I presume the reason Windows DOES use embedded packages is that its easier to search the path for global instances of ffmpeg/ffprobe on *NIX .

This is probably similar to https://github.com/0x90d/videoduplicatefinder/pull/91 , though with less scope
