Avalonia(Win): DB Cleanup doesnt appear to work consistently #20

Describe the bug After a DB cleanup, sometimes it seems like it still skips a lot of the scan, though sometimes it does appear to correctly start from scratch.

Expected behavior

When the DB is cleaned up, the scan should always begin from scratch
