All platforms: Dockerize native builds, give explicit build instructions #4

A successful dockerized build is achieved by d8153e0d , though the build output is not saved to host, but instead used in the runtime stage. I should probably add a dockerfile that builds across platforms.

EDIT this doesn't apply to windows, as you can't target windows desktop apps on Linux beacause... Windows
