Description

Split by Time: Split Time (min) Split by Size: Split Size (MB)

Motivation and Context

Previous description was incorrect: Split Time for both options. min for Split by Size. MB for Split by Time.

How Has This Been Tested?

Recompiled and checked that now the description is correct.
