Description

Remove NVENC from the list of available encoders on macOS

Motivation and Context

According to an Asana ticket which is correct because Apple does not use Nvidia GPU.

How Has This Been Tested?

Started
Open settings
Open Output / Simple Mode
Recording
The encoder combobox does not hav the "Hardware (NVENC, ..." now.
