Revisit Contact Page #6

Confirm with Dev team to make sure the disclaimer and functionality of contact page is what we want

@rnayabed @TOGLK @Brady-StreamPi let's figure this out as soon as we can, the contact page itself is done in terms of function, I just need to make sure we're all on the same page about how it works

Current state of contact page, it looks to be finished so with all of your approval I can close out this issue

What is the Contribution repository in the second pic?

The 1st one looks great! Can you also add a link to the EssentialActions repository along side the server, client issues button. Incase if they want a new action, they can put it over there instead of writing it in server/client issues.
