Link domain to server for DSMS

I am confused - why this IP? Our server for the demonstrator of WP4 is running under 104.248.241.35 to which the domain is already resolving.

I see. I was under the impression that the machine with the IP you mentioned is already used for the metadata portal, and the new domain (http://stream-dataspace.net/) should be for the IWM dataspace that is deployed on a separate machine.

What is the idea then? Do you mean that the IWM dataspace should be deployed on the machine with the IP 104.248.241.35 under a subdomain (e.g., http://iwm.stream-dataspace.net/)?

IWM could use a subdomain if wanted. In STREAM we are deploying a metadata upstream portal based on LDM, which is the demonstrator of WP4. I am not sure what you mean when you are talking about IWM dataspace. Do you mean the DSMS? My assumption was that it is already deployed somewhere. If its the DSMS, its of course IWMs task to deploy it and I could link subdomains to the IP address I think. Perhaps its a good time to present the DSMS to the partners - with a small showcase included. Because besides a few ideas on slides I dont know anything about it.

Indeed, sorry for the confusion. By "IWM dataspace" I meant DSMS (we don't always use the term DSMS).

Yes, it would be great if you could create a subdomain and link it to 153.96.73.121 (as a suggestion: http://dsms.stream-dataspace.net/).

Of course we will gladly present DSMS to the partners. I will ask Matthias for a suitable time.
