Atm the CKAN GUI and the command line on the server have to be used in order to aggregate the metadata per repository into CKAN and the SPARQL endpoint. This should be automated or made easier. Also Solr should be reindexed after new data got added.
Thus we need requirements. The questions are:
Who should be able to do the aggregation?
Should it happen automatically? If yes then when and how often?
