Some issues i found and possible enhancements

Issues:

When you upload an image for a show which isnt added by the movie db api, you have no image on the admin dash.
When you add show manually and add poster it still shows add poster on the shows page, even when it shows on the frontpage (not in admin dash)
Uploading custom thumbnail for episode doesnt work; its just text Image (isnt this implemented yet?)
External url works only with files ending in mp4, some hosters use some kind of encrypted url which doesnt end in mp4, but plays fine in jwplayer etc.etc. (Googlevideo.com,

Enhancements:

The TV DB API
Tutorial on how to import into IntelliJ (ultimate since the free version doesnt have war export) and how to export your own war file (i seem to run into manifest problems every time; possibly doing something wrong)
Branding [MyOwnLogo] [Powered by Streama logo]

The uploading of your own thumbnail for episodes is a duplication of issue #216 The red triangle issue on tv shows is a duplication of issue #285

For the others, could you split this up into separate issues? These bulk issues are sort of hard to work off of and check for completion.
