Most smart TVs now are starting to support steaming protocols, such as DLNA and some are even supporting chromecast. As such you can use the mobile/web view to push streams to your TV, that's how I always consume my media. So is that what you want for support, or are you more interested in an app that will let you browse the streama ui on your TV?

I myself was thinking more of the streama ui on the TV. Depends on what the owner thinks.

Não precisa de app é só rodar no navegador da smart tv que já esta ótimo.. Translate: No need to app just run on the smart tv browser that already is great..
