ubuntu-budgie-extras: Initial inclusion #35

ubuntu-budgie-extras have the same source as budgie-extras that is in official repo, but here I am adding the applet that are not accepted officially so, they will not conflict. Release started from 6, since that is the release of budgie-extras.

wmctrl is a blocker to add some of these applets in Official Repo. Probably in the future if Ubuntu Budgie Team decide to remove this dependency, I will try to ask for them to be included in Official Repo.
