Rename pantheon-files to pantheon-fm #67

pantheon-files is always uninstalled after every system update, because it is on deprecation list of solus-sc. Renaming it to pantheon-fm will solve the issue.

Same thing is happening with pantheon-terminal but we have to find a proper name for it.

This repository is based off Solus stable: this removes the dependency of aligning their unstable-stable rolling from ours.
