Event life-cycles:

• [x] beforeChange - emit "before change" event, such that string position can be captured before patch is applied.
• [x] Emit .onreset separately from onchange.

• [x] changes - batched by microtask, emitted after, possibly, multiple changes.
• [x] flush - emitted when .flush() is called.
• [x] Ability to create a custom transaction? Or, is that already covered by the PatchBuilder?
