Peritext block view tests (and benchmarks) #518

The Peritext block view data structure is an important piece for making the rich-text work correctly and efficiently, hence, extra care needs to be take for testing:

[ ] Extensive testing of Peritext block view
[ ] Tests for hash computation on update
[ ] Potentially add benchmarks
