Change testdata file name #14

Seems like go get has an issue with the ' character, see: 

go: github.com/streamingfast/firehose-aptos@main: create zip: codec/testdata/genesis_with_'chain_id'_field_name_in_init.golden.json: malformed file path "codec/testdata/genesis_with_'chain_id'_field_name_in_init.golden.json": invalid char '\''
