Since default reader-node-manager-api port changed from 13009 to 10011 so should the MANAGER_API_PORT env var default in all the fireeth tools scripts. Example https://github.com/streamingfast/firehose-ethereum/blob/develop/tools/fireeth/scripts/eth-maintenance. While users can overwrite the old value it would be cleaner to use the new defaults.
