mindreader: merged files destined for s3 bucket are lost before upload #32

Seen on arweave which has fairly large merged blocks and s3 upload is in different location (slower to upload)

Did previous upload not finish and then get confused?

Closing, every thing is found under https://github.com/streamingfast/firehose-core now anyway. Going to make this repo read-only.
