Launch an end-to-end example with connect-go website for substream-sink on ETH Mainnet #18

We need to run an example end-to-end of a Substreams Sink. Ideally we can use a Connect-Web interface with the WASM Query Service to demo the full stack. This feature is in an issue:

To start we can deploy the block-meta Substreams sink example located here:

https://github.com/streamingfast/substreams-sink-kv/tree/develop/examples/generic-service

Ideally we can create a Wallet balance tracker end to end
