A few removal of deprecated stuff that should not affect sink (because AFAIK, we are not using deprecated feature in them)
This task is about:
Prepare sink so that it's compatible with sf.substreams.rpc.v2 request/response model.
Make the sink handle correctly the new undo signalling code.
This task leave aside changing the undo model of the sink, we still keep it like it right now, we just adjust the interface between it and Substreams to fit with the new undo model.
A new version of the Substreams RPC layer is being worked in https://github.com/streamingfast/substreams/issues/199. This new version will bring:
