`service serve` doesn't take `SUBSTREAMS_ENDPOINT` env variable #348

Always uses default https://mainnet.eth.streamingfast.io:443 if you don't specify -e flag

Other commands take it, so I figured this one should too.

It appears other commands don't take this argument either. I was just too used to init-generated Makefile that had it.
