CLI does not automatically add projectname_v0.1.0.spkg to gitignore #483

Please use https://github.com/streamingfast/substreams, this substreams/cli has nothing to do at all with Substreams CLI.

I'm going to transfer the issue manually now, please report on the right repository. Same for @yashgo0018.
