Update Note, remove biased features, bump Streamlit version #14

  1. Removing the option to display certain features: 'Attractive', 'Big_Nose', 'Big_Lips' and 'Pale_Skin' which are uncalibrated and biased
  2. Update Note to make it display prominently and call out bias
  3. Use latest patched Streamlit
