BUG REPORT

Describe the bug

The BookKeeper Internals link results in a Not Found web page.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://github.com/apache/bookkeeper/blob/master/README.md#contributors
  2. Click on BookKeeper Internals (or this)
  3. See the Not Found

Expected behavior

I'd expect the link to send me to a page describing the internals, or at least a page on how to contribute.
