[Bug] Doesn't support configure the sensitive configuration through the secrets

Describe the bug In pulsar sinks, we use annotation to parse and get a sensitive configuration. But this connector doesn't support that way. We need to make it support such configurations.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
