Motivation

Add Source missing options:

• [x] CustomRuntimeOptions
• [x] SchemaType
• [x] RuntimeOptions
• [x] ProducerConfig (Crypto Configs are currently not support on SN backend)

Support in future iteration if needed

• BatchBuilder
• BatchSourceConfig
