Differences in the video's behavior #127

Using this example: https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/getusermedia/record/ If you record a video and try to play it (pressing play button)

in Chrome video plays normally, but first time playing progress shows not correct (it freezes on the 0:00 position for so long)
in Firefox video plays only once, and it's not possible to make it play using internal controls (only play button)

are these problems bugs of video HTML5 tag, or does it connect to MediaStreamRecorder?
