It has been argued that RSP queries without windows should be possible. In fact they make sense for some cases, e.g. filtering streams, should they be kept?

Perhaps would we would also accept some non-blocking aggregate operators even if a window is not defined (e.g. max, min, sum,..). What do you think? (If we include this type of pattern)
