Win 10 (UWP) module implementation #6

Added Win 10 (UWP) module implementation. Few files separated into the shared project to allow easier WPF (Win 7) implementation in the future. Manual link:

  1. Add project windows\SelectContact\SelectContact.csproj to the solution.
  2. Add SelectContactReactPackage to the MainReactNativeHost.
