Network connection control #192

The UI requires a control button, to provide clarity to the user to maintain or close connection to the Streembit network - for both desktop and mobile users. Still deciding on the best policy for this. - There already exists a network connection icon.

Following testing the application maintains connection to Streembit seed and network automatically in the background. Therefore users can ensure they find each other
