In this PR, the following changes were made:

Includes check for non-UTF-8 characters in file name
Added path normalization for input file
Checks for different OS were added
Updated repository link in Credits section
Updated command to install Whisper in requirements.txt
Added instructions in README.md to fix ffmpeg package issue on Windows
