The node 3161572846 is a simple "borne fontaine" in french, tagged asamenity=drinking_water.

The "quest" added man_made=water_well + pump=manual but there is no well here and no pump. The user probably answer HAND_PUMP

The used string is https://github.com/streetcomplete/StreetComplete/blob/3cf7d043c80e642468535e31bfb5e3372eb27a1a/app/src/main/res/values-fr/strings.xml#L1232 Could it be confusing to the user? If not, the user simply gave the wrong answer, which is not a bug in StreetComplete.

Closing because no reply, ticket creator speaks french and opened another ticket while his feedback was solicited here. If there is something wrong with the wording, it can be solved on POEditor,
