We should match the words used to describe they type of clothing (the 'occasions' data field) with the terms you can search for on the filter page. GoGetta uses the occasions Everyday and Job Interview

Apart from the ability to select from Everyday and Job Information, the /team form also provides a text field to describe any other type of occasion clothing may serve, e.g., School, or Wedding. It's plausible to use this for "Infant" or "Baby" (Example of GoGetta's clothing occasion field here.)

YourPeer uses the occasions Casual and Professional When showing clothing ocassions on the detail pages of YourPeer make the following changes:

Other clothing info (if not already visible on the FE having fixed in streetlives/streetlives_v2#460) Gender and Age (example here) - we named these the way clothing is usually known

We may revise the terminology to reflect today's sensitivity around the use of gendered terms. Still, the reason it was relevant is that use cases presented themselves for unhoused parents where it was very hard to find e.g., Infant girl's clothing.

Other clothing info (if not already fixed in streetlives/yourpeer.nyc-nextjs#116) TGNC (example here) This could be pulled as is. It fits the user need for trans people who may be discriminated against where there is no opportunity to try clothing matching your gender identity.

Of course this is one of the more sensitive areas, and women's clothing closets may find female-only gatekeeping, but we attempt to only list those places where there is definitely no gendering in the clthing closet, e.g., at LGBTQ-serving Youth Drop Ins.
