[ ] Check on ability to select categories when using the age filter

This is using a Pixel 7 Pro and Android 14 (latest release)

Though going to the homepage again then back to the filter, it worked fine - little bit of a delay registering the button push, but not bad.

This is using a Pixel 7 Pro and Android 14 (latest release) screen-20240617-093459.mp4

I tried it on a Nexus 6 running Android 7 and was unable to reproduce this behavior. I'll see if I can get the Android emulator working and try it again on a later android version.
