Locations with some personal care services not visible to user after selecting filters e.g. Caribbean Women's Health Association (CWHA), not being identified for its personal care service

May be fixed when streetlives/yourpeer.nyc-nextjs#146 is fixed

@adambard1 The Carribean Organization you mentioned does not have personal care anymore; if you can find another example, let me know.
