Enable search by phone number

• [ ] Enable phone number search for any format of 10 numbers and extensions

Currently the phone numbers on the site are not searchable, whether they are in the main phone number field, or in the text fields.

• e.g. for this location https://test.yourpeer.nyc/locations/legal-services-nyc-tribeca
• Even if I search with the exact number, e.g. (347) 592-2200, which appears in the important information field, it is not recognized https://test.yourpeer.nyc/locations/legal-services-nyc-tribeca

- Similarly, the main number is not searchable

FYI all numeric searches return this location https://test.yourpeer.nyc/locations/dorot-upper-west-side as the result - presumably due to the way cyrilic letters are read by the search

Importantly, any phone number format used by users should be searchable.
