Change capitalization of 'More' in the 'More than 1 year ago' validation content, or change content to "Validated over a year ago" #98

Any message following the word 'Validated' should start with a lower case letter. All other data labels seem OK, but the 'More than 1 year...' should read "Validated more than 1 year ago", or, preferably "Validated over a year ago"

image gogetta now says it was validated exactly a year ago so I have nothing to compare it to, I tried to find it by searching for pantries as they are the most outdated dataset; many of them are now indicating they were validated 2 months ago while, in fact, they might be 2 years old. For example: image image There are now no instances of more than a year as we just say like in gogetta, 2 years ago 3 years ago and so on. image Additionally, all of the statements have double space after the word "Validated" @adambard1 @jbeard4 This might be a high-priority issue, as I just proved we have a bug sharing misleading information about the recency of validation.
