Safari bug when loading street. #311

XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://streetmix-api-staging.herokuapp.com/v1/streets/698f0d90-ceed-11e2-b44a-bbdd990065b3. Cannot make any requests from null.

Fixed by changing redirect codes from 301 to 307.
