Allow number keypad +/- buttons (on full keyboards) to behave the same as the other +/- keys #389

Done. Tested on Chrome, Safari and Firefox on Mac. It’s not impossible that Windows might need different key codes; the state of keyboard handling in JS is atrocious.

Tested and working on Chrome / Firefox in Windows 7.

(Also working on Opera and IE 10 although nothing else is)

Wait, what do you mean? Streetmix should be blocked wholesale on any IE and Opera. Is it not?

What's the expected view when a user goes to Streetmix on IE and Opera? continue this discussion on issue #392 that I just opened?
