Support Azure Data Studio #3683

Azure Data Studio cannot install this add-on. Other VSIX addons from the marketplace seem to work OK.

Edit:

The current VSCode engine version of Azure Data Studio is 1.82.0

I have never tried it. V4 needs VSCode 1.90.0 or newer, but v3 might work. It is a bit old and doesn't have the newest features.
