Unable to Publish Monograph - "413 - Entity too large" #1290

What happened?

When trying to publish a Monograph on Windows, I receive an "Entity too large" error and the Monograph will not publish. On Android, the publish attempt causes the app to crash. On Web, I receive an error that the sync server is not responding. Has some sort of new limit been instituted? I've published larger notes before.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Publish "large" note on Android, Web, or Windows. Note has only 2165 words and maybe 5 or 6 photos.

Version

2.2.3 desktop, and Android

Platform/OS

Windows, Android, Chrome/Chromium

Relevant log output

No response
