Not possible to drag an image outside the screen edge [Windows] #2772

What happened?

When moving image by drag and drop it is not possible to place it anywhere outside the current screen.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Click the handle of an image - drag to move it to another location in the document - document will not scroll with image in the process of moving - not possible to move the image (or any other object) to the end of the document, for example
