Normal Checklists, not Tasks #2954

I would like to have simple checklists that do not have any special behavior, but are able to intermix and interchange types with numbered lists and unnumbered lists.

Tasks are a bit complicated and break formatting with other text content. It makes it way too cognitively tiring to use tasks for checklists, so it would be necessary to have just a simple, checklist in NotesNook instead.
