Hello Team I want to work on this issue please assign to me
Thank you very much!
Please keep me up-to-date. If there is any (beta-) testing in this respect I could participate in, please let me know!
Concerning "emulating" chats or channels like in instant messengers (people are simply used to that) it could also make sense that if a user wants to attach several pictures to a note that there is a kind of "gallery grid" to have several thumbnails arranged in a reasonable size and order. Maybe even both in the preview (at least for example for mini-thumbnails in a 2 by 2 grid either automatic or at least on PC selectable later) AND in the note itself for maximum "recognition" speed, clear layout of a note and as a fast overview of the relevant content.
Related to photos an additional thought: I myself take many "visual notes" and add some textual context or description to them. Could you somehow make a shortcut button that allows me to take photo - add a short note and then save it? Currently I have to go through many steps: press (the very tiny) "+" -> press "image" -> press "take a photo using camera" -> wait for the camera -> press "checkmark" -> then add text.
Maybe you can add a direct option to the big green "+" button on the lower right corner "start photo note" and directly activate camera and when checkmark is pressed open text input?
And just while writing I realize that almost the same for speech notes (audio notes) would be great (one day!)
Best regards!
It would be very helpful to have not only a text preview of the note (the note title), but as an alternative a thumbnail that either is like a mini-screenshot of the "whole" note or a picture that I can select and upload.
This would speed up recognizing a specific note tremendously. Up till now I use Telegram messenger channels as a kind of notebooks, but this is not end-to-end encrypted and thus I want to switch to notesnook.
I hope this is on the roadmap or already in development.
Otherwise I have a very good first impression with Notesnook! Finally it seems there is a practical and still safe note taking app growing mature :-)
Best regards,
Ingo
