Starting position of dragged side bar item is incorrect #4536

  1. Add a few items in the sidebar so it becomes scrollable
  2. Scroll to the end
  3. Long press on any item to make it draggable
  4. Notice how it is positioned incorrectly instead of being directly under the finger

This has been fixed in v3 stable release.
