Notes not syncing #6200

Notes in browser are up-to-date. Notes on phone app (Fairphone 3 running Android 13, fully updated app) are not showing any of today's changes that were made in browser. However, both browser and app show the same "last edited" time. App shows "Synced now," have pulled down to refresh, confirmed that auto sync, realtime sync, syncing are NOT disabled. Stable internet connect. Tried " force pull" and does not seem to have worked.

Device information: App version: 3.0.12-920b1d9-web OS: Windows 10 64-bit Browser: Firefox 128.0 Pro: true

Can you make sure the note is getting saved on the web app?

You can also do the following:

  1. Open an incognito browser window
  2. Login to the Notesnook app
  3. Open the affected note and ensure it has the latest changes

If it doesn't then that means the changes didn't get synced from the web app. If it does then that means the mobile app isn't downloading the changes.
