Speed up unlock: automatically pushes "Continue" once one types the last digit in numpad #6234

Speed up the app unlock through numpad.

No longer slow unlocks.

When an user types the last digit in the numpad the app automatically pushes "Continue".

Of course, remove the "Continue" button once it is not longer needed.

Also other apps does so.

There is no "continue" or "ok" button in Unstoppable Wallet custom numpad.

Unlock speed is insane without any security trade off.

This numpad also has defensive mechanisms like "max number of attempts" allowed, "duress mode" (input another preset pin and the app shows a fake vault or notebook or what you want if you are under attack).
