Web clipper fails frequently now #6483

The webclipper now just loads and loads or comes back with various failures in a red box in the clipper window for many sites. it used to be a rare occurrence to error our. Now the web clipper working seems to be a rare occurence. I have been tracking some sites at which it fails if that info would be helpful. The clipper is such an important feature of the service so I hope it can be made to work well again. I usually try to clip Full Page and Complete with Styles but it still often fails with other settings as well.

Thanks for taking a look into this. The most problematic ones are where the web clipper never full loads because i can't even switch clipping area or clipping mode as sometimes the others working when the Complete with Styles doesn't but when the clipper just spins and spins I can't even change modes.
