Notebooks Expandable Panel does not collapse entirely #6778

When inside a Notebook the expandable panel to show the other subnotebooks does not collapse all the way in and there is a gap where you could still see.

Steps:

  1. Open A notebook
  2. Expand the bottom panel
  3. Try to close it

Adding to this, this happens on Android too

Device information: App version: 3.0.18-5f0d14f-desktop OS: Windows 10 64-bit Browser: Electron 30.5.1 Pro: true

Hi, this is not a bug but how the panel has been implemented. However we are working on a more streamlined design for Notebooks that will address these issues soon.
